Meeting proceedings are confidential, but as the year progresses, delegates develop a camaraderie, which enables them to share their “highs” and “lows” in a non-judgemental atmosphere.

During the workshops we hand out extensive literature in the form of sales aids, book summaries and self-assessment checklists that can be used by clients and their support staff.
