Quarterly workshops
Advisers and their senior team members attend a full-day workshop once a quarter for coaching, feedback, cross-fertilisation of ideas and accountability. Advisers tell us how quickly the day seems to pass and how exhilarated they feel at the end of it. " What a fantastic day to go into the zone, I now feel ready for the next 90 days." |

Membership of the unique Coaching Gym
During the year of their programme, advisers have additional unlimited access to us by email, telephone and fax to answer any questions. We aim to be a partner in their business and their life during the time of the programme membership, offering them support and advice about money, staff, marketing and other issues of concern. We keep you on the rails, if you fall off we get you back on track as quick as possible. |

The Quarterly Workshop |

Start Time:
From 9.00am to 4.30pm, with 15-minute breaks, morning and afternoon and a 30-minute break for lunch.
These are high-intensity coaching days. Throughout the programme these workshop days will be split into 8 sessions - based on the 8 Key Strategies - as follows:
Each day begins with general introductions and a brief feedback session on the highs and lows of the previous quarter i.e. best, worst change.
At the end of each day we ask advisers to spend some time setting goals for the next quarter.
A key feature of the feedback session at the end of the day is a sense of accountability the adviser feels to the group, to their team and to themselves. |
